Refund and Return Policy

At Aur Living, we take great care in crafting and delivering premium lighting and furniture products. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process any damage claim, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning, without any cuts or edits.

  • Clear photographs showing the damaged or defective area.

  • Order details and proof of purchase.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or replacement only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.

  • Wrong product has been delivered.

  • Product has a manufacturing defect.

Non Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The customer does not like the product after delivery.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, finish, or handcrafted details.

  • Products that have been used, installed, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Custom made or personalized products.

  • Damage caused due to improper handling by the customer.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production, packaging, or shipping has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

Approved replacement requests will be processed after verification of the damage claim and supporting evidence.
